As we leave 2012 behind us and transition into 2013, I have one thought for you to ponder. What is the origin of your perceived needs. Not your wants, we are all usually pretty good at knowing our true desires. However, knowing ourselves deep down where needs originate, many of us have let too many others influence us into believing we need situations, people, careers, educations, even material possessions which truly don’t resonate with us. While also allowing others to coerce us into believing our needs are not really needs, but merely wants. When we allow ourselves to be manipulated or overly influenced by others, we may mis-label needs and desires to the point we even confuse ourselves. In this state of confusion, we may strive for situations, people, etc. which don’t resonate with us while denying true needs which will bring us fulfillment and peace.
So, as you ring in 2013, I invite you to meditate on your perceived needs versus wants and really listen to your inner voice, higher self, and spirit guides. Then resolve to make 2013 the year you follow your heart and spirit.
As I sit here, in front of my fireplace, watching snow fall, with old Abbott and Costello movies on TV, anticipating an elegant dinner and quiet evening with William, I wish you all a safe New Year’s Eve, and a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, and truly spiritual New Year.
Food for thought, as always
May it be that you and your family find comfort, peace and prosperity in the new year
Thank you
All the very best to you guys too!
Thanks,
