  1. Comfort? Lynn Patrick – spectacular instrumental guitar music.

Excellent choice, I myself listen to classical music if I’m just relaxing with some wine or hot tea

  2. At the moment I’m going through a Brian Eno phase… especially 1-1 from Music For Airports… excellent meditation music 🙂

I will have to check him out, I usually listen to native american or celtic music when meditating, but we all have to pick what works for us.

  3. I have many, but my favorites are:

A Zen meditation CD. Peter Gabriel “So”. Coldplay. Christina Perri.

You seem to have an eclectic taste in music, I like that

      • I love all kinds of music. Anything thoughtful and moving from pretty much every genre. The only genre that hasn’t moved me is jazz. Maybe it’s because I played the saxophone growing up and was in Jazz band. It wasn’t my favorite experience. Hehe!

I played the flute growing up and was in band and orchestra, but my experience was positive so the only music I have a little trouble warming up to is Rap. But I listen to it because my grandson loves it.

      • I like rap mixed with R&B. Rap alone is a little too intense and angry for me. I completely understand!

  4. It depends on my mood state, but I have to say that R&B moves me in a way that no other music can. Maybe because I listened to it heavily during a particularly difficult time in my life. Otherwise, reggae does it for me! But it had to be the right kind if reggae ha!! I’ve been heavily into a fantastic group from CA called Groundation for almost 2 years now!
